Are you really living or just existing?

Here Abraham Lincoln sums up what life is really all about. Are you living life or just existing?

You can live to be a hundred years old, but if you have a miserable life will you you be happy with it? A long life full of hardship and despair sounds more like torture to me. I beg you to live!

You get one life. Make it a great one. We have all been put on this Earth for a reason. What is yours? If you really want to be happy, listen to your inner voice and become that person. Then and only then will you truly be alive!

If you look at your life as though each new day is a blank page that you can write an exciting story, things get a bit more interesting. What have you been writing thus far? Have you been writing a book that you would love to read? If not, don’t worry. You can start writing new, amazing stories today. Make every day, every minute, every second of your life count!

The Importance of a Balanced Mind, Body & Spirit.

How many times have you started a diet, a business plan or a big goal with excitement and vigor, only to end up losing momentum and falling all the way back to square one?

Well you’re not alone. That happens to nearly 80% of the population. Why? Well to be honest, the answer is quite simple…

Let’s talk about the diet first. Once you hear this explanation, the other two scenarios will become apparent.

In order to lose weight, many people will start off on a diet and exercise plan because it’s common knowledge that diet and exercise are the main keys to losing weight. Will it work? Probably not. Even though they buy the best diet book in the world and the top DVD workout video set, what they fail to address is the reason behind their extra weight.

How did they get to that point? What caused them to overeat? Why haven’t they gone to the gym is years? These issues will continue to sabotage them until they are addressed. Many times stress, unhappiness, low self-esteem, lack of money and a host of other issues are the real culprits behind their weight gain.

Simply dieting and exercising will not be enough to help them stick to their plan long term health goal because their wealth and/or happiness hasn’t been addressed as well. Health, wealth and happiness must be balanced in order for you to have long term success. Any time too much or too little emphasis is placed on any one of these three, it will adversely affect the other two in some way.

So for example, if this particular dieter has to work a night shift job that causes them to have to work 12 hours a night, making them too tired to work out. So this person’s wealth is the issue. It must be addressed because now their health and happiness is suffering. It will be near impossible to make their diet plan work long term until they fix the wealth issue.

From this example, you can see how this can happen when any one if the three has a problem. In order to have overall success you must create an action plan that involves finding a perfect balance between all three. It may sound daunting, but it is possible over time. There are no shortcuts to be taken. It could very well take years to put yourself in a place where you have found that perfect balance, but it will be well worth it in the end.

This is where The Perfect Me Program comes into play. By addressing not just your apparent issues, but the underlying ones that are often responsible for the majority of your problems, your chances for success increase exponentially. Think hard about this the next time you decide to start any major goal. What are the bottlenecks that are lessening your chances of success? Make it a point to overcome them by training your mind, your body and your Spirit and watch the magic happen!
