@alamfarial Remember when he said that when u don’t eat a lot then ur body stores the fat? Since u said u eat 2 times a day, u should eat like 4: breakfast, then after workout, then another before dinner then dinner

@SHINeeLoove Well, to actually lose weight you’re gonna need cardio, even a 30 min walk around the neighborhood is already gonna help. jumping rope is really good too, just try doing it for 3 min at least.
