  2. @3vilswordfish Only carb! You can eat chickenturkey with vegetables or low fat cottage cheese (mix it up with choclate protein powder) ;)

  5. Hi, im a 18 year old guy whos wondering what kind of food i should i eat, i saw your video about the fitness tips and secrets, but im not sure what to eat those 5 times a day.

    im very bad at eating healthy, and im not sure what to eat.
    got any suggestions of which food i should eat?

  6. @alamfarial Remember when he said that when u don’t eat a lot then ur body stores the fat? Since u said u eat 2 times a day, u should eat like 4: breakfast, then after workout, then another before dinner then dinner

  11. @SHINeeLoove Well, to actually lose weight you’re gonna need cardio, even a 30 min walk around the neighborhood is already gonna help. jumping rope is really good too, just try doing it for 3 min at least.
